PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data collected on this site or in our store will be kept private, and will only be shared with the necessary sales/delivery rep for the sole purpose of completing/processing and/or delivering your order. Your information will then be stored for warranty purposes - not to be used for later solicitations.

WARRANTIES:
Every new Trikke is covered by Trikke's 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects.  Trikke Tech's limited warranty is non-transferable.

SHIPPING:
All orders are currently shipped via USPS or UPS standard shipping (2 to 7 business days).  Upgraded shipping available upon request.  Please contact us by phone for upgrade shipping fees.

RETURNS:
If within the first 15 days following your order you wish to cancel or return an item, you are welcome to do so (minus the cost of any shipping). Returns must be received in unused/NEW condition (still in packaging, containing all original material and media), and cannot show any sign of use or wear and tear. PLEASE contact us prior to returning an item for return merchandise authorization. Returns will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Buyer to pay all necessary shipping to return an item.

 

After 15 days, returns are evaluated on a per-item basis and may be bought back from you at a lower price to be resold as a refurbished item.

Returns can also be exchanged for store credit on another purchase.

Please have purchasing invoice available upon return so we can determine refund eligibility amount. Your invoice can be printed from within your TrikkeSLC.com online account. If you do not have an invoice, please contact us and we will locate it for you.
